• Vernier Springs & Pressings prides itself on the quality of its product and delivery of goods on time all over the world.
• Approved to IS0 9002 in October 1991 the company quickly saw the benefit of operating a good Quality Management System. Through Vernier’s commitment to never ending improvements the company were approved to QS9000 in March 1997. Vernier gained approval to ISO/TS 16949 in May 2004 becoming the first UK spring & presswork company to achieve this standard.
• With ever increasing awareness of the environment Vernier are currently working towards obtaining ISO 14001. The environment manual is in place and approval should be gained within the next twelve months.
• Full SPC utilisation is undertaken on critical characteristics backed up with data from statistical packages like Minitab and Excel.
